Verdant Growth Partners (“VGP”) is an independent investment firm that backs growth-stage, profitable businesses at key inflection points. We primarily invest in businesses across energy efficiency and the energy transition, and food and agriculture. We will opportunistically pursue investments in related business and industries.

VGP invests ~$5M–15M per transaction and creatively structures capital to meet the specific needs of each business. Scenarios include: Founder buyouts or partial buyouts (recapitalizations and partial liquidity), management buyouts, acquisition and growth financing, minority growth equity investments.
